I had been working with several dealers in my area who were non friendly and didn’t seem to want my business. I went to the Rv Supercenter because I found them online and seemed to have a great selection. I went in and boy were my expectations met!! Not only did they have one of the best selections to choose from but these guys and gals are NICE!! I didn’t feel pounded on, I didn’t feel the “take it or leave” it attitude they just treated me like a respected possible client. I was also impressed that they keep a modest service department and only service what they sell so little or no waiting time to get in. (Ill be testing that theory next week when I have to take it in for some minor adjustments) Thanks to the whole crew from my salesperson to Mike Kahle the manager for making me feel like one of the family! Let me give my thanks for a good buying time at RV Supercenter. They should be called RV Superguys! When I went in to look at trailers they were very nice and took their time with me.I do not speak english well so they were nice enough to have their service manager Louis who speaks spanish good and work with me to explain the trailers and work with me in finance. I feel very comfortable. Sometimes the places I go to look at trailers dont like that I cant speak english good so they treat me like they dont care. NOT HERE! We went RV Super Center as it was recommended by a friend. We have been long time RVers with a 10.5 foot cab-over camper and did not think we could afford to move up. Boy were we in for a pleasant surprise! Brian and his staff were wonderful to work with. They introduced themselves to us then let us look around the lot without any pressure. When we had questions they were there with honest answers. We purchased a 37 foot motor home and have been enjoying it since. We financed it through them and again have been extremely pleased with their honesty and helpfulness. When we have had any problems, which have all been minor, the service department has been great at fixing them and getting us out on the road again. Our service was great, the staff fantastic and the best part was the price! It was the best we found and we looked at many RV sales lots both in town and out of town. I want to personal thanks the staff at RV SuperCenter from sales manger Stephen Antista, sales Randy Green Crist in dealer prepration, and ,warranty Craig Brock. Overall these guys are awesome. John had a great selection, took care of all my needs and followed through after the sale. Craig in the parts dept was great finding what was needed and gave great customer support. Robert and Steve answered all of our questions and also were great to us. - Jim
